Staffing Etc. provides healthcare workers (MDs, Dentists, Pharmacists, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals) and administrative staff to private hospitals, government agencies, school systems, correctional institutions, and health centers.
Founded in 2003 by Hope and David Porter as D. H. Porter Enterprises, Staffing, Etc. was initially known as Interim HealthCare of Washington, DC and Southern Maryland. We have staffed over one million total hours of service and provided quality care professionals to dozens of organizations throughout the nation.
Hope M. Porter, BSN, JD is the President and CEO of Staffing Etc. As a registered nurse and attorney, Hope brings a unique perspective to providing clinical expertise and administrative excellence to field operations.
David Porter, MA is the vice president of business development and has more than two decades of experience as health care administrator with Health Plans in the Mid-Atlantic area. As a leading provider of personnel services in the Mid-Atlantic area & Colorado Springs, CO.

Hope is a graduate of Howard University & University of Maryland School of Law. A recognized health care professional known for strategic vision to achieve business goals, Hope Porter offers a unique blend of executive acumen, team-building, & single minded commitment to client service & solutions.
As CEO, Hope has built a responsive healthcare organization that consistently delivers results by aligning corporate initiatives & values with a deep understanding of the complexities of managing in the healthcare industry. She has over 29 years of experience as a nurse, attorney & health care executive.

David Porter, MA, earned his Bachelors of Arts in political science from Howard University & his Masters of Arts in Sociology and Healthcare Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
David has over two decades of experience in health policy & management, working as a hospitalist manager & healthcare management director at numerous major health companies.
As vice president & co-founder, David leads the company in business development & strategic planning

Patrice Dennis was educated and trained at Howard University as a speech pathologist. Ms. Dennis has worked as a clinician in Speech Pathology and later transitioned into healthcare administration.
